Rick Weatherl, AIA established Weatherl & Associates in 1979 with a commitment to a personalized design approach responsive to diverse client needs, existing site and building conditions, and; the constraints of budget, schedule, and construction techniques.
That ongoing commitment is solidified in every Principal and Associate in the firm. Full principal involvement in all phases of the design and construction process ensures the client’s trust is rewarded with high value, personalized design, and exceptional customer service.
Weatherl & Associates applies this approach to commissions ranging from; historic preservation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings to institutional, municipal, and private commercial facilities and personalized homes.
As managers of the design team, the firm has excellent working relationships with highly qualified structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering firms as well as other specialty consultants.
